WI and Australia arrive in Barbados for three ODIs

THE West Indies will be looking to continue the momentum started with the T20 squad when they face off against Australia in Barbados for the One-Day Interna-tional games.

The limited-overs team convincingly won the five-match T20 series 4-1 despite the loss of some of their players due to injury in St. Lucia.

The Australia Team and the West Indies both arrived in Barbados yesterday and are set to continue their battle over the next few days.

Some of the players from the T20 squad will get a much-needed rest, while some will now transition to the 50-over format.

One of those players is the in-form Evin Lewis, who was in sublime form in the last game.

Some new players who will be looking to make their mark have been eagerly awaiting the ODIs and they include players such as Shai Hope, Roston Chase, Alzarri Joseph and Jason Mohammed.

Returning to the team after being rested for the T20s against Australia is former captain Jason Holder.

The matches slated for Kensington Oval will be on July 20th, 22nd, and 24th.
