John Boyce Paradise Masters Dover Cup down to quarter-finals stage

The battle lines have been drawn and the best of the best have been decided as the 2016  John Boyce Paradise Masters Dover Cup is down to the
quarter-finals.

The competition is set to become four teams lighter at the end of today as all games in the first playoff round are slated for this evening at the Dover ground.

Eight matches played this past week had a major role in setting up this evening’s action, with the likes of Deacons securing their berth with a five-two win over Eastern All Stars on Tuesday evening.

Also taking a big win on the night were Bayland Masters who beat Combined Forces four-nil.  Wildey were two-nil winners on the  night.

On Wednesday, Carlton ATP edged out Roads United for a two-one win, while Paradise Masters had similar luck against West Coast Ballers.

St. Thomas Masters had a good time against Silver City, ending with three unanswered goals.

Today’s games kick off from as early as 4 p.m. with Deacons and Carlton ATP going head-to-head in the first fixture.  Wildey and KFC Exactly go at it as well while St. Thomas Masters and Bayland Masters have a date at 7p.m.  The night-cap goes to Royalty and the hosts, Paradise Masters at 8:30 p.m.
