Bishop Wesley Dear of Covenant Life Teaching Centre preached the importance of being delivered spiritually to create a path of opportunities which will benefit people mentally, emotionally and financially.

Spiritual deliverance creates opportunities

When people are delivered spiritually, it creates a pathway or opportunities for total divine recalibration that will result in mental and emotional renewal and financial empowerment.

Bishop Wesley Dear gave this message during his sermon at the Covenant Life Teaching Centre on Sunday, the first Sunday of the New Year.

The religious leader emphasised that until persons crossing over have become spiritual, he said these individuals are wasting time trying to align the emotional, mental and financial part of their lives.

“If you cross over from darkness to light and allow the power of the Holy Spirit to re-align you and recalibrate your life, you will be positioned and postured to experience success in every area of your life,” said Bishop Dear.

Another key message in his sermon was that despite whatever challenges people will face, Bishop Dear stressed that God will rescue them. He encouraged the congregation in 2020 to not turn back as they have come too far and not allow “a little trouble” to change their course.

“Your destiny is just ahead of you… do not forsake your Divine destiny now as there is too much at stake to allow the devil to turn back or jump ship or forsake your divine destiny,” said Bishop Dear.

The Bishop added that when people find themselves in a storm, remember that there are always options and their deliverance may not always be in the easiest option.

“Sometimes we look for the easiest route or the easiest looking solution. Sometimes, the storm you are going through was designed by God to get you from one place to another and if you jump ship or do what looks easiest, you will never know how close you were to fulfilling your divine God given potential,” said Bishop Dear.
