Four new Ministers ordained

“THIS time is a special time for the church and the Church in Barbados... It is an even more special time for Kingdom Culture International!”

That’s how Rev. Dr. Nigel Taylor, President of the Barbados Evangelical Association, described the ordination of four ministers from Kingdom Culture International (KCI) Church, which was held on Sunday, March 26, 2017.

During his moving address to the congregation at the church’s Fontabelle, St. Michael location, Rev. Taylor noted that Kingdom Culture International Church could only be elevated by having four more ordained ministers in its midst.

Dr. Roll Anthony McCaskie, Mrs. Debra McCaskie, Timothy Mathetes and Richard Allsopp were the four ordinands received into office.

Rev. Taylor noted in his address that the four ministers would have been functioning in their roles for some time, however, the time had come for God to symbolically approve of them in the sight of the witnesses. He indicated that God’s approval was so that the Church would know that God is still God; He still calls and people still answer.

While commenting on the general state of the Church, Rev. Taylor explained that never in his ministry in Trinidad, St. Lucia, Barbados or the United States of America, has he seen a church destroyed because of people on the outside coming in with guns. He indicated that rather, he has seen churches destroyed by a set of men and women who thought they knew God, but who did not know God. Instead, they knew a form of godliness while being devilish. He therefore exhorted the Church to repair broken relationships with each other and be respon-sible with their Christianity. He also extended an invitation to persons who believed the Church was full of hypocrites to join the Church and become an example of how to live a non-hypocritical life.

Kingdom Culture International Church is led by Reverend Bernhard Cadogan, who is supported by two other ordained ministers – Reverend Destiny Cadogan and Reverend Elwood Watts.
