Celebrating US Independence!

As this island proceeded into being one of the world’s newest Republics, it has stayed true to its friends and allies. This was the case as this island stood proudly as the The U.S. Embassy to Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean, and the OECS celebrated the United States’ 246th Anniversary of Independence with an event at the Embassy earlier this week.
As usual, this country’s leaders stood in soliarity and friendship with U.S. officials and Acting Prime Minister Santia Bradshaw along with members of Parliament and Ministers were in attendance at the event.
Ambassador Linda Taglialatela, U.S. Ambassador to Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean, and the OECS, addressed the event and Acting Prime Minister Bradshaw delivered remarks.
