Barbados’ top I.T. Solutions Company, Promotech Inc., has acquired Computer Depot Inc.’s knowledge and expertise in a move to not only bolster its ranks but also to accelerate the advance of strategic plans and goals that will benefit all.
With this acquisition that was initiated in 2015, Promotech Inc. continues to grow and strengthens the company more as a whole. This strategic move has already created approximately ten new jobs and has also further expanded Promotech Inc.’s Business Solutions Portfolio adding to its already well known Retail presence.
Promotech Inc.’s Services include Anti-Virus Solutions, Audio/ Video Solutions, Back Up Power Solutions, Cloud Services, Digital Signage, Home Automation, IT Project Management, Point of Sale Solutions, Printing Solutions, Structured Cabling, Tech Hosting, VOIP Telephony Services, Web Hosting, Wireless Solutions.
Promotech’s CEO, Kailash Pardasani, and new ICT Manager, Jason Bowen (previous CEO of Computer Depot), are both very positive in regards to this acquisition, noting that it is a move that has accelerated, and will continue to boost the Company’s overall strategy and increase its competitive edge in the industry.
