New insurance agency launched in Barbados

 

Two strong regional financial institutions have partnered to launch a new product in the market.
 
It was recently announced that Massy United has partnered with CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank to facilitate the provision of insurance products to all CIBC FirstCaribbean customers across the region. The general insurance programme has been officially launched in Barbados to be followed in the near future by other Caribbean territories.
 
At the launch of the new insurance agency at the Warrens Banking Centre, Donna Wellington, Managing Director, Barbados Operating Company, CIBC FirstCaribbean highlighted, “The launch of CIBC FirstCaribbean Insurance is yet another tangible demonstration of the bank’s commitment to offering innovative products and services aimed at furthering enhancing our customer experience.”
 
Mark St. Hill, Managing Director Retail, Business & International Banking believes that this move begins a new era for CIBC FirstCaribbean by establishing an insurance agency offering Home and Auto Insurance facilitated through Massy United Insurance.
