C&W Business announces B2B-specific call centres

Dedicated resource in Jamaica and Trinidad for corporate clients

The business arm of Barbados’ leading telecommunications provider has announced a dedicated support service for its corporate clients.

In keeping with the company’s promise to provide the very best service experience and value options in the Caribbean, C&W Business has created two B2B-specific contact centres in Jamaica and Trinidad offering around-the-clock technical support for its corporate clients in Barbados.

The centre in Kingston is providing support for the company’s small and medium-sized clients, while the centre in Port-of-Spain will offer support to its Government, corporate and enterprise customers.

“We are very pleased to introduce this dedicated resource because in many instances our clients are the ones who keep the wheels of our country turning, whether it be Government, a financial institution, a supermarket or a school, so we view our job of keeping them connected as doubly important to the proper functioning of our society,” said Jaggernauth Dass, Vice President, C&W Business.

C&W Business is the corporate division of Cable & Wireless Communications, while Flow is the company’s consumer brand.

“C&W Business was created to help local companies improve productivity, streamline efficiencies and exploit available opportunities, so this added resource will help deliver increased levels of support which in turn will result in better service for our stakeholders and increased profitability for their companies.”

Dass said, the introduction of the contact centres was timely and the facility was created as a result of customer feedback.

“Our clients will now have an improved, seamless experience when acquiring technical support as a result of our new call centres in Jamaica and Trinidad.

“Both centres have been created as a dedicated resource for our B2B customers and turnaround times for queries and faults will now be handled by specialists on the other end of the line and this should eliminate, at least reduce, any frustrations associated with the loss of connectivity.”
