Fans get up close and personal with new SOL Rally drivers, cars
TWO international drivers have joined the SOL Rally Nation team: They are Elfyn Evans and Simon Jean-Joseph, and their cars were on display at the final Lime on Friday in Speightstown.
With hundreds of fans in the north of the island taking the opportunity to get up close to the cars before the action starts today, it was a hive of activity.
Autograph signing and give-a-ways were the order of the day for everyone who made it, as well as a chance to hear from two of the team’s drivers, and their expectations for the two weekends of high speed action.
The Lime was the final one in the series, with Flow King of the Hill slated for today, and SOL Rally Barbados next weekend.
Now it is left to see, who will be the winner of the highly anticipated event.
