THE strong rebound of Barbados’ tourism continues to manifest itself as the first winter flight from Frankfurt this year landed in Barbados on Monday night.
WHILST there has been a lot of interest generated in the Blue Economy, this interest has not translated to direct investment in the sector.
PRIME MINISTER Mia Amor Mottley wants Barbados and Australia to deepen their co-operation, especially in the area of the blue economy, with emphasis on coral reefs.
BARBADOS has been assured of Canada’s continued support as an investment destination of choice, by High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, Lilian Chatterjee.
