Bougainvillea Beach Resort honoured with Guest Review Award

 

The accolades and awards keep flying in, much like their guests, for this locally owned eco-friendly south coast hotel. Bougainvillea Beach Resort, located in Maxwell, was recently awarded a Guest Review Award from Booking.com gaining an outstanding rating of 8.6 out of ten points.
 
The Guest Review Award was achieved through the feedback of the overall experiences of guests of the four-star resort and is an international symbol of excellence among 800 000 worldwide properties on Booking.com – an online accommodation booking website based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
 
“The one thing that differentiates us at Bougainvillea Beach Resort is our staff, their dedication to the company and the overall commitment to the team effort. Our team is our biggest asset and we are all committed to providing excellence in service, with a very sincere and genuine touch that really enhances the guest experience; resulting in one of the highest rates of guest return of any hotel on the island, year after year. 
 
“This Guest Review Award, like all the others we achieved before is truly a team achievement. We are very grateful to our guests and their amazing feedback and we are extremely proud of our staff,” said Bougainvillea’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Jamal Griffith.
 
Griffith further added, that the Bougainvillea Beach Resort has received over 150 international and local awards during its 25 years of operations in Barbados, and that the team continuously strives to improve and enhance the resort.
 
The Guest Review Award was presented by Carlo Chancelien, Caribbean Product Manager for Booking.com at the recently concluded Connect Barbados: 50 Travel Trade Conference in Barbados, which hosted over 63 hotels, 48 tour operators and industry partners from nine countries. 
 
Connect Barbados is held every two years and is organised by the BHTA and BTMI to promote Barbados and to facilitate stronger partnerships between the international and local travel and tourism industry partners.
