Barbados needs more senior schools and day care centres, which can benefit the elderly.
From whichever perspective it may be viewed, the existing state of affairs with the South Coast sewage system is to be regretted.
This island has been grappling with the fall-out related to sewage overflows which have engulfed the South Coast Sewage Project.
