Online shopping made easy with Dacosta Mannings

DACOSTA Mannings Inc. has re-launched their website. The website www.dacostamannings.com has placed their stores at your fingertips with this new and improved shopping tool.
Shoppers have now been provided the opportunity to purchase great quality items 24 hours a day, seven days a week from the comfort of either home or in office.
The website, which was officially launched last year, was revisited in a bid to give customers something ‘fresh’.
According to Grace Chambers, Marketing & Customer Service Manager, the re-launch of the website has offered Dacosta Mannings the opportunity to get into the new media landscape more in depth.
“The website was really developed to assist with our various marketing campaigns and promotions, which will be clearly displaced on the homepage. With the website, we are able now to reach a younger, broader demographic, those who are into the Internet. In addition, our Facebook and Twitter accounts are accessible from the site.
“As a company, we are always looking forward for convenient ways for our customers to find our products and services and with this added avenue, our customers now have an added option of Internet shopping along with our five outlets at Pierhead, Fontabelle, Sheraton, Cave Shepherd and Warrens at their disposal,” she acknowledged.
Dacosta Mannings online is easy to navigate and currently it is only accessible to Dacosta Mannings Inc. classic cardholders. However, shortly Visa and MasterCard holders will be afforded the opportunity to place orders.
Chambers says the features available online to the consumer are numerous, highlighting that interested users who are not yet Dacosta card holders can join the online experience by easily uploading an application form from the same website.
The website offers access to appliances, electronics, exercise equipment, a wide range of baby products, furniture and gift registries and consumers will also be able to view products being sold in store and check on availability.
In addition, online shoppers will be able to access their account to view invoices, balances and pending orders and, in the future, make payments on their accounts.
Chambers further explained that all orders will be validated by their customer agents.
“Customers placing orders by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, will have their orders processed and validated for delivery between 24 to 48 hours, after the transaction has been completed. Orders placed after this time and those on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Customers have the options for pick-up or delivery and if the order is a gift, Dacosta Mannings will deliver to the address indicated.”
Wynne Jean-Marie, Operations Manager, added that the operational processes are in place to meet the demands of this new and exciting activity.
“We have set systems between all departments to ensure that all orders placed are in the hands of the customers within the period we communicated.”
The first five customers in total to make a purchase of over $1 000 through the website, between the re-launch yesterday until Saturday, will each win $100 in Dacosta Manning’s cash and a $100 grocery voucher from SuperCentre.
